Phenolic Resin for Refractories
The phenolic resin used for refractories mainly includes solid powder resin and liquid resin. It is suitable for the production of magnesia carbon bricks, magnesia alumina carbon bricks, skateboards, dry materials, iron trough ramming materials, plugs, stoppers, nozzles, blast furnace foam mud and other refractory materials.
Due to its own characteristics, phenolic resin has become the best choice for the production of shaped and unshaped and impregnated refractory materials. Phenolic resin has the characteristics of heat curing. Its curing temperature is higher than 180~200℃, forming a highly cross-linked polymer structure, which makes it have the characteristics of high strength, dimensional stability and good performance. During the thermal decomposition process, the residual carbon rate is as high as 40~60%. After it is fully cured, it has strong adhesion and high mechanical strength. Production of various refractory bricks, refractory special-shaped parts.
Packaging and storage
1. Dust will appear during use. Pay attention to wearing protective equipment and avoid contact with skin;
2. This product has agglomeration caused by fine powder static electricity, and the soft agglomeration does not affect the use of the product;
3. The packaging adopts composite kraft paper bag lined with moisture-proof plastic film. Each bag weighs 20 kg or 25 kg;
4. The storage should not be too high to avoid lumps quality problems;
5. Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources. The shelf life is 6 months;
