Zhutai Carbon is located in Zibo city, a well-known chemical and new material industry town in China. For more than 15 years, we have focused on industrial recarburization and first-level applications of silicon carbide and graphite products, and created first-class brand quality recarburizers and silicon carbide, with a wide range of domestic and foreign brand awareness.
Our Factory
Our factory adopts petroleum coke graphitization and calcination process, using advanced continuous graphitization furnace patent process, high quality, environmental protection, energy saving. It covering an area of 66,000 square meters, more than 80 employees, annual production capacity of 50,000 tons; acheson furnace body quartz insulation layer by-product industrial grade silicon carbide up to 8,000 tons; graphite products use advanced CNC machine tools and high-quality graphite blanks, with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons; the production line is equipped with fully automatic desulfurization, dust removal, and electric coke capture environmental protection technology, clean manufacturing.

Product Application
Carburizers are mainly used in casting, steelmaking, brake pads, and cored wires; silicon carbide is mainly used in cast iron, steelmaking, and abrasive industries; graphite products are used in industrial environments such as high temperature, high acid, high alkali, and high corrosion. Utilizing graphite's own excellent conductivity and super self-lubricating, it is suitable for semiconductors and extreme industrial sealing environments.
