How to add carburizer in double-stranded heavenly furnace

1. Surface carbonized method (similar with later period-micro-tuning method for electric furnace)

In the thermal insulation furnace, the carbon raiser is added to the steel / iron surface, and the eddy current of steel / iron water is stirred by the electric furnace to heat the product, and the product is dissolved and absorbed.

Applicable: cupola furnace - (Core, Non-core) induction electric furnace

Advantages: less oxidized burn, high absorption rate, good casting graphite form. Requires high carbon content, low sulfur, carcycle having a small particle

High frequency induction electric furnace of electromagnetic wave, recommended:

0.3-3mm, 0.5-1.5mm

Medium frequency induction electric furnace, recommended:

0.3-1.5mm

0.3-3mm

2. Bottom carbonized method

The carburizer is added to the bottom of the insulation furnace, and then pour the refined iron water in the cupola furnace.
