Instructions for use

1. The graphite crucible must be kept away from moisture and must be stored in a dry place or on a wooden shelf.

3. Before use, it needs to be baked in drying equipment or by the furnace, and the temperature is gradually increased to 500 ℃.

4. The crucible should be placed below the surface of the furnace mouth to prevent the furnace lid from wearing the upper mouth of the crucible.

5. When putting metal into the crucible, the capacity of the crucible should be used as a reference. If the crucible is too full, it will be damaged due to expansion.

6. Furnace tools and crucible clamps should conform to the shape of the crucible, and clamp the middle part to avoid damage to the crucible by local stress.

7. Clean the crucible regularly and gently.

8. Rotate the crucible once a week, which will help to extend the service life.

9. The flame should not directly touch the crucible.

10. Excessive use of combustion aids and additives will reduce the service life of the crucible.
